After making his mark in Asia, student athlete Aiden Read will now make the switch to the European circuit, with the ADAC GT Masters Championship in his sights.
Having past driven the Lamborghini Huracan and Porsche 911, this year Aiden will race in a Mercedes AMG GT3.
Aiden joins Schuetz Motorsport, with German driver Marvin Dienst alongside him.
The pair have both recorded success despite their young age- 20 and 23 respectively.
Aiden spent two years racing in the Blancpain Asia Championship, and the move to the bigger arena of Europe represents an ambitious move to the next level for the UWA engineering student.
With competition starting in late April, Aiden will spend time learning his way around the Mercedes, testing his ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
