The University is pleased to announce that Nigel Waugh has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources. Nigel was selected from a competitive field of applicants after an international search.

Nigel is currently the Director of Human Resources at the University of Birmingham, a position he has held since October 2016. Prior to this appointment Nigel was Executive Director, Human Resources at University College London and Executive Director, Human Resources at the University of Melbourne. Overall, Nigel has over 25 years HR experience of which 18 years were spent in Higher Education. We are looking forward to welcoming Nigel to UWA on the 1st of October 2018.
