Congratulations to UWA staff who are finalists in the 2018 Western Australian of the Year Awards. Winners will be announced on Friday night.
UWA Finalists:
- Fadzi Whande, Inclusion and Diversity Manager, is a finalist in the Community Award .
- Professor James Trevelyan, Winthrop Professor School of Engineering, is a finalist in the Professions Award .
- Professor Harvey Millar, Director ARC Centre of Excellence in Plant Energy Biology, is a finalist in the Professions Award .
- Professor Jonathan Carapetis, Director Telethon Kids Institute, is a finalist in the Professions Award .
- Glenn Pearson, Head of Aboriginal Research at the Telethon Kids Institute, is a finalist in the Aboriginal Award .
