We are pleased to congratulate Professor Grady Venville, Dean of Coursework Studies, who has recently been appointed as Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) at the Australian National University. After a period of long service leave in early 2018, Grady will commence at ANU on Monday 2nd April 2018.  Grady was appointed as UWA’s inaugural Professor of Science Education in 2007 and the inaugural Dean of Coursework Studies in 2013.

In recent years she has led a number of cross university strategic initiatives including the review of UWA’s Courses, the implementation of the digital first assessment policy and more recently the UWA Summer School. We wish Grady all the very best in her new role.
