It has been nearly one year since UWA introduced Concur and 7,183 approved travel bookings have already been made.

The University is promoting the use of the Concur online booking tool (Concur TRAVEL) as a means to simplify your UWA travel bookings and achieve time and cost savings.

Book University travel via Concur TRAVEL for you or your School to be eligible to win one of three Qantas vouchers (see below for more detail).

Benefits of using Concur TRAVEL

• Search for all available flights online in Concur
• Select and reserve your flights immediately
• Access UWA’s airline and hotel contracts for cheaper fares/rates
• Auto-approval for domestic bookings for UWA Staff
• Don’t pay agency fees from your Project Grant

Prizes and Eligibility

1x $1,500 voucher for a UWA School – The UWA School with the highest proportion of approved flight-bookings made via Concur TRAVEL (as opposed to Concur REQUEST where assistance is provided by a consultant).

2x $250 vouchers for individual UWA Staff travellers - Travellers who have used Concur TRAVEL to book 50% or more of their approved flight-bookings (as opposed to using Concur REQUEST) are eligible and two winners will be randomly selected.

Bookings are counted from when Concur was introduced last year to 30 November 2017. Winners will be announced in December 2017. Vouchers are valid until 30 June 2018 for all flights with a QF (Qantas) flight number when booking via Concur TRAVEL for University travel. If unsure, check with Campus Travel prior to booking on 08 6466 5010.

Please note you must have Concur TRAVEL access at the time of the competition. Concur TRAVEL access will not be provided to UWA Travellers just for the purpose of this competition.
