I am pleased to announce Dr Brendan McQuillan has been appointed as Head of the Medical School. A UWA graduate, Dr McQuillan has worked at UWA since 2004, and was the Head of School for Medicine and Pharmacology between 2013 and 2016.

Brendan brings a wealth of experience to this role and a strong commitment to translating researching findings to patient care. I know he is looking forward to leading the UWA Medical School and building on the outstanding achievements that have been made in the past 60 years.
