Dear Colleagues,

As you would expect, the UWA Contact Directory will need to undergo extensive changes in order to align with the new University structure that formally activates as of 1 January, 2017. These changes will need to be made live in the New Year and cannot be pre-programmed.

Staff in Digital and Creative Services (DCS) will be managing this process and the good news is… We will be working from a MASTER LIST supplied by the Renewal Team, which means you do not need to send through individual/group update lists from your area.

Once the changes are completed, Deans and Senior Managers will be asked to review your area’s directory listing to ensure all staff are accounted for.

Please bear with us as we move through these hundreds of updates as quickly as possible. We expect the updates to be completed by 31 January, provided no complications occur. We will keep you informed if these changes look to take longer than anticipated.
