As part of the University's ongoing commitment to inclusivity and diversity, an exciting new leadership program will be offered in 2016. The “ Leading at UWA ” Program is open to UWA academic and professional staff who are already in leadership roles and keen to enhance their leadership skills and exercise leadership more broadly.

Participants interested in this program will have a large degree of autonomy in their roles, may carry responsibility for projects or new initiatives, be managing teams or units, or participating in University-wide committees or working parties.

Leading at UWA will include a broad perspective on leadership and management, inclusivity and diversity, and organisational culture change, together with personal and professional development, career development, skills development and networking.

To apply for the program, please visit the webpage and complete the registration form by 11 July 2016.

34 participants will be selected for the program, and selection will be based on ensuring a balance of academic and professional staff, and ensuring a broad range of discipline areas is represented. Capacity to participate in all aspects of the program is essential.
