I am delighted to announce the appointment of Marion Moore as the successful candidate for the Senior Manager, Business Development role in the Future Students Team.

Marion Moore has a successful background with 15 years leading and managing marketing and student recruitment and related functions in universities and other large organisations in senior positions in Australia and internationally.  These organisations include Macquarie University, ANU, Edith Cowan University, UTS and UNSW Australia, most recently in the position of Senior Marketing Manager in the Faculty of Engineering.

Marion has a proven record in working and leading teams effectively and building positive and productive relationships with and across teams and stakeholders to achieve business and growth outcomes, developing and facilitating systemic improvement processes and strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Marion will be working closely with myself and the team to refine the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of the Business Development Managers and In Country Representatives to maximise effectiveness across our target regions and ultimately ensuring a seamless experience for our students. Other important priorities will be the development of planning, including consulting with faculties to identify synergies, and leading and reporting on initiatives to provide growth in student numbers for the University.
