The University of Western Australia will be taking part once again in the UniForum benchmarking program in 2016.

UWA’s participation in this multi-university study of administration and support services is an important strategic initiative, allowing comparison with more than twenty other universities from Australia and New Zealand, as well as members of the UK’s Russell Group.

Taking part in UniForum helps us to:

• understand where we need to invest in order to meet current challenges and future opportunities
• gain insight into our resourcing of activities and services that support teaching and research programs

In early February some UWA staff members will be asked to provide data on how we resource and deliver our administration and support services. If you are one of these people, I ask you to provide your full support and I thank you in advance for your contribution.
