The UWA Telephony team are pleased to announce there are now forms available for the submission of Telephony items. These forms can be used to submit a Telephony request or report a fault. The forms are available via Self Service, and can either be accessed directly from the Self Service menu in Service Desk , or via the Self Service links on the Service Catalog page of the BI&TS website. While the Telephony team will still be available to assist over the phone, via the Service Desk and through the Telephonists email address ( [email protected] ), use of the forms is recommended where possible for this type of requests.
