The University of Western Australia is again participating in a benchmarking exercise on IT service quality. This exercise will permit us to compare our service quality with other Universities in Australian and New Zealand.
Staff and students are invited to participate in the benchmarking, which provides The University of Western Australia with valuable feedback, by completing a short survey about their experiences here. An email containing the link to the on-line survey will be sent shortly.
By completing this year's survey, one lucky UWA staff member and one lucky UWA student will each win a $250 Visa prepaid gift card.
To ensure confidentiality, the benchmarking is being conducted by Systems Thinking, an external organisation.
Your responses to this survey, will:
• provide us with a valuable comparison to responses from previous years
• permit us to measure our effectiveness and ensure we continually improve our services
• provide us with valuable feedback and highlight areas which may require further attention and improvement
• allow us to benchmark UWA's service standards against other universities across the Higher Education sector
Previous survey responses have enabled us to continually improve our services. We greatly appreciate the overwhelming participation of UWA staff and the encouraging responses received in the 2014 survey. We will again use the results of this years survey to build on our service improvements to you, as reflected in past survey results when compared to other Australian universities, and our national recognition at a Service Desk level.
