The Australian Ultimate Championships were held recently in Sydney with two UWA students selected in the Western Australian teams.
Jeremy Nixon, who is the UWA Ultimate Club's President, played in the men's team, named Sublime, which placed 11 th overall. Maxin Qua competed in the women's team, KAOS, taking home the silver medal after missing out on the grand final by just two points. This was the first time a WA team has placed top three in the Championships.
