Aspiring engineers, teachers, doctors and lawyers can find out how a post graduate degree at The University of Western Australia can ‘open doors' at next week's Post Graduate & Honours EXPO .

Discussions at the EXPO will unravel the possibilities for further studies available in areas as diverse as Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education, Engineering, Medicine, Law, Food and Forensic Science.

Staff and students will be available to answer questions and discuss coursework and research possibilities.

Seminars during the expo will cover a range of topics including the new Master's Degree of International Journalism, as well as opportunities to study abroad and New Courses 2012. If you love science, are creative and love working with people, you could find out about a career in Science Communication, Exercise Rehabilitation or Sport and Recreation Management.

There is also information about course content, the difference between coursework and research programs, scholarships and student services and the benefits of postgraduate study.

The expo is open to the public on Wednesday 5 October at the University Club from 4 - 8pm.
