Late last year we asked for your views on the scope and quality of our services, facilities, libraries and collections. 1879 people completed a LibQUAL+ ^TM survey online and a further 1047 completed a Building and Space survey whilst visiting one of our subject libraries.

Thanks to all who took part in the surveys. As a result of your feedback we've completed some initiatives and more are in process. Improvements include a new wireless network (Unifi) and a new collaborative study area in Reid.

We will shortly be asking for your feedback again by participating in our 2011 'Insync survey'. This will give you a similar opportunity to comment on our services, facilities, libraries and collections over the last 12 months. By participating in this survey and providing your email address you will go into the draw to win an iPad 2 (WiFi and 3G).
