The CET has provided the expert researchers who recently helped in the discovery of new tenement areas in the Archean Greenstone for Ausgold. As with the November 2007, 203 sq km Doolgunna Station discovery, the CET's scientific approach successfully identified this recent discovery in the mineral-rich Yilgarn Craton Region. This major find will form Ausgolds major focus.
Ausgold's chairman, Mr. Robert Pett said the CET's identification gave the board confidence in the prospect unearthing new ore bodies and thus creating wealth for shareholders. Mr. Pett went on to say that by using the best science to target, the project will allow AusGold to use the best expertise to explore.
