Wondering what to do when you finish school?

Interested in finding out more about life as a student at UWA?

There'll be something for everyone at UWA's Crawley campus on Sunday 15 August, when the University comes to life between 10am and 4pm for our annual Open Day. It's a great opportunity for prospective students and their families to visit UWA and see what goes on inside a world class university.

Have your questions answered by current students and staff as you find out more about the huge variety of UWA courses on offer. There will be heaps of exciting demonstrations and interactive workshops on the day- test out your surgical skills on high-tech simulators in UWA's Clinical Teaching and Education Centre (CTEC) building, or design and make your own keyring using the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Visual Arts' state-of-the-art laser cutting machine.

You can find out about scholarships, tour a residential college and enjoy live music, activities and entertainment with your family and friends. There will also be face-painting, helicopter rides, an animal farm and climbing wall- truly something for everyone and lots to keep you busy across the whole day!

If you're having trouble deciding what to see and do, check out the create-your-own program feature on our Open Day website . Here you can list all of the things you'd like to find out about on Open Day and then choose from the variety of activities and information sessions available. Once you've made your selections, simply print off your program and bring it with you on the day.

UWA Open Day 2010 is set to be the biggest and most exciting yet- we look forward to sharing the UWA experience with you, your family and friends on Sunday 15 August.
