The Centre for Exploration Targeting this week conducted the first commercial release of the CET Grid Analysis extension for Geosoft Oasis montaj.
The CET Grid Analysis extension was developed by the Geophysics and Image Analysis group at CET with the support of Barrick Gold and Geosoft. The product itself is marketed by Geosoft.
The CET Grid Analysis extension provides tools to enhance, locate and vectorise discontinuities with magnetic and gravity data. It thus allows fast and unbiased trend detection within largest datasets for the mining industry.
These tools have already had a positive effect on exploration approaches, as demonstrated in the links below.
