The inaugural 'DVCRs Lunchtime Research Seminar Series' , initiated and hosted by the Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Professor Robyn Owens, serves as a forum for UWA's research leaders to share their experience with UWA's research community on a range of crucial research issues. The second seminar in the series will be on the topic: 'Postdocs - the lifeblood of a research-intensive university' .

The details of theĀ event are as follows:
Date: Tuesday 27th April
Time: 1-2 pm
Venue: Economics and Commerce Conference Room (3.73)

The session will be introduced by the DVCR and will last for 45 minutes. There will be three speakers - Winthrop Professor Laurie Faraone, Winthrop Professor Miranda Grounds and Winthrop Professor Klaus Regenauer-Lieb - who will speak for about 10 mins each. The DVCR will then lead a question and discussion session.
