Many congratulations to Dr David Glance and the CSP team on winning the Regional category in the 18th WA Information Technology and Telecommunications Awards, WAITTA, on Friday 13th March.

CSP's win was for their secure health information platform, the Great Southern Managed Health Network (GSMHN). Using MMEx, software developed by the UWA CSP, health professionals are able to share health information securely and efficiently to improve the health outcomes of patients in rural and remote areas of WA.

The WA Information Technology and Telecommunications Awards (WAITTA) have been conducted annually since 1991 by the WA Branch of the Australian Computer Society Inc. The purpose of the WAITTA is to recognise outstanding performance and contributions by members of the IT&T community in Western Australia.
