_{How to Enter}

_{The UWA Library “Like to win” competition prize draw runs from 18th February to 18th March 2015. All the 'likes' on the designated Facebook competition post that we receive online before the closing time will be included in the prize draw. The winners will be drawn at random by the Associate University Librarian (Research & Learning Support) under the independent supervision of an Associate Manager.}

_{The following terms and conditions apply:}

_{1. Participation in the Promotion by ‘liking’ the designated competition post on the UWA Library Facebook page is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.}

_{2. By entering this contest, entrants agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this contest.}

_{3. The prize draw is open to all qualifying entrants who like the UWA Library Facebook competition post between 18th February and 18th March 2015 (both dates inclusive). No purchase is necessary.}

_{4. The following persons are eligible to participate in the promotion:}

_{a) Current students at the University of Western Australia who are also current residents of Western Australia.}

_{The following persons are not eligible to participate in the promotion:}

_{b) All management, employees, contractors and other staff of UWA Library (the “Promoter”) and UWA, and the immediate family members of management, employees, contractors and other staff of the Promoter.}

_{c) Residents outside of Western Australia.}

_{5. One (1) winner will win the grand prize of a hamper to the value of $150.}

_{6. The prize will be drawn at random from eligible entrants on Thursday 19th March 2015 and the winner will be notified via private message on Facebook together with details of how to redeem the prize.}

_{7. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.}

_{8. By entering the prize draw, the winner consents to their name being published as winner of the prize draw and to participate in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion in printed and/or online formats.}

_{9. If the Prize is not claimed within 7 days of the prize draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed Prize draw. Should an unclaimed Prize draw be necessary, the winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be notified via private message on Facebook.}

_{10. The Promoter recognises that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.}

_{UWA Library will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the closing date and time, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.}
