As part of the ongoing IT service improvement activities, UWA will once again participate in the Australian Universities IT Service Quality Benchmark Survey.Staff and students are invited to complete a short survey about their experiences with the UWA IT support teams. The survey will be conducted by Systems Thinking, an external organisation, and all responses will be treated confidentially. An email containing the link to the on-line survey will be sent shortly.
The survey should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete and your feedback will be providing valuable input for our IT planning process.
By completing this year's survey, one lucky UWA staff member and student will each have the chance to win a $500 Coles Myer Group Shopping Voucher.
We appreciate the time you spend in providing your feedback. The University continues to invest significantly in IT and related support services. By completing this survey you will provide us with not only a valuable comparison to the previous year's survey so we can measure and ensure continual service improvement in the coming years; but also allow us to benchmark our service standard across the Higher Education sector.
Your response to previous surveys has enabled us to continually improve our services, helping the UWA IT Service Desk to recently win the IT Service Management industry's most prestigious national award, the "itSMF IT Service Desk Team Project of the Year 2013". We greatly appreciate the overwhelming participation of UWA staff and students and the encouraging responses received in the 2012 survey. We will again use the results of this years survey to build on our recent success and industry recognition.
