After five years as the Head of the School of Civil and Resource Engineering and a very productive career as a researcher and teacher at The University of Western Australia, Winthrop Professor Andrew Deeks will sadly be leaving the Faculty to take up a position as Pro Vice Chancellor (Science) at Durham University in the United Kingdom commencing October 1.
