UWA is pleased to announce that it has been awarded $599,500 for funding 12 student mobility projects, under the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program. Additionally, UWA was awarded $78,100 for the second year of its two NCP 2016 round multi-year projects.
The Centre for Education Futures is pleased to offer UWA staff further funding opportunities in 2016 with a second round of Education Futures Grants and Secondment Funding to develop innovative learning and teaching projects. The focus for the second round is mobile and in-context learning.

For his work on developing an automatic 3D facial analysis system for facial rejuvenation, Dr Syed Afaq Ali Shah from the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering has won the Research Impact Through Enterprise award.
