As you may know, the Public Transport Authority (PTA) is creating a west-bound (away from the CBD) bus-only lane on Mounts Bay Road, from Hackett Drive to Broadway.

Staff are taking action to improve the sustainability of their workplace as part of the University's Green Building Program, launched in May.

The Sustainable Development section of Facilities Management are working with self-nominated Sustainability Coordinators to reduce the environmental impact and resources consumption of each participating building.

Programs in energy and water use, waste reduction and recycling, paper consumption, responsible purchasing, building ambience and transport will be introduced.
