The University of Western Australia will come alive this festive season with a public Christmas concert to support Lifeline WA, set on the beautiful grounds of the University’s Crawley campus.

Staff and students from UWA’s Conservatorium of Music will be joined by national artists and community choirs, including more than 100 school students from Nedlands Primary School who will sing Christmas carols on the Riley Oval stage.

Hosted by ABC Mornings presenter Nadia Mitsopoulos, this year’s concert will be the biggest yet, with a range of activities for families and children, including face painting, having a chat with Santa and decorating your own bauble.

Pack a picnic, don your Santa hat and gather your family and friends for this fun-filled twilight musical evening.

Guests are encouraged to bring something to sit on (chairs are permitted in marked areas) and support Lifeline on the night, with collection tins on site and charity items for sale.

There will be a selection of tasty snacks available from local food trucks and the University Club of WA will be open for guests to enjoy a pre-show drink.
