Find out what’s on offer at the only WA university ranked in the world’s top 100 when The University of Western Australia holds its annual Open Day on Sunday 4 August between 9am and 3pm.

Whether you’re a school-leaver, mature-age student, parent or teacher, you’re invited to visit UWA’s stunning Perth campus. Meet University staff and students who can answer your questions and provide tailored advice about study options to get you career-ready.

Engaging sessions will be held throughout the day with essential tips to help school-leavers and their families make the transition from high school to university. The sessions will provide helpful information on the courses available at UWA which will produce job-ready graduates and prepare students for complex challenges of the future.

There will be more than 200 exciting activities, food trucks, displays and entertainment for all ages. Race your own solar-powered car at the Synergy Solar Challenge, experience the magic of chemistry, plant your own succulent to take home, meet players from the Western Force rugby team and West Coast Fever netball team and build your own amazing LEGO structure.

Free rickshaw rides from Winthrop Hall and tram tours to the Business School will help you get around campus and explore teaching areas, residential colleges, sporting facilities and historical landmarks.

Visitors to UWA Open Day are encouraged to help reduce single-use plastics by bringing their own water bottle and refilling it at one of the many water stations on campus.
