The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) is delighted to announce the list of successful projects in the inaugural round of the Communities of Practice (CoP) initiative.
Launched in late 2018 as part of UWA’s Teaching Excellence Initiatives, Communities of Practice provide opportunities for academic and professional staff to establish interdisciplinary networks, share expertise and develop innovative approaches to enhancing teaching and learning.
Fifteen projects were awarded up to $20,000 for 2019.
The following Faculty staff members are leads on projects.
Project: Using the lens of Family and Domestic Violence to explore complex social problems to promote interdisciplinary student learning and social justice

Project: Application of eye-tracking technology in learning and teaching
