Join us for a morning tea this Friday to help raise funds for survivors of the Lombok earthquakes.

Since 29 July the Indonesian island of Lombok has been hit by three powerful earthquakes that have killed upwards of 430 people and displaced more than 350,000 people, causing damage to homes and infrastructure.

At the morning tea, you will be able to make donations, see pictures of the work being done by UWA Alumni and the WA Lombok Society and talk to people assisting with the aid effort.

If you can't make the morning tea but would still like to donate, a collection box is located at the Faculty of Science reception desk in Agriculture Central.

The morning tea will be held on Friday 17 August at 10.30am in the Faculty of Science Common Room. The venue is located in the Agriculture Central Wing; please enter using the external door off Thurling Green, at the river end of the building.

RSVP by 3pm on Thursday 16 August to [email protected] .
