If you need help with research funding rules and regulations let UWA’s Research Grants and Contracts Office (RGCO) team assist you.

UWA has qualified and accredited professionals who can provide support throughout the cycle of the grants process.

The team offers pre-award support by interpreting and advising on complex external guidelines, reviewing applications and submitting to external agencies.

Post-award support includes reviewing and executing research contracts, providing advice on compliance with research funding agreements, financial controls, reporting and auditing.

A snapshot into the team’s work for the first quarter of this year shows the RGCO team have supported UWA staff by reviewing over 400 applications for external funding. The team has created over 350 new projects on behalf of applications by UWA researchers, and executed more than 200 research contracts and variations.
