Good afternoon. Perth’s CBD was filled with song on Friday night when around 1000 singers and musicians, many from UWA, gathered to raise awareness of homelessness in Western Australia. This is an example of how universities can bring a community together and offer a voice to important issues; congratulations to Professor Alan Lourens and the Conservatorium of Music for bringing this issue forward in such an engaging way.
As mentioned last week, the Executive and I will launch the Strategic Vision 2030 at an All Staff Forum tomorrow in the Octagon Theatre from 3-4pm. We look forward to seeing you there.
