Convocation Postgraduate Research Travel Awards - $3000 each to successful applicants

The Postgraduate Research Travel Awards enable postgraduate research students to enhance and gain new perspectives on their work through travel in Australia or overseas. Awards are available to students who have enrolled in a Higher Degree by Research for at least six months and have had their Research Proposal approved by the Board of the Graduate Research School.

Convocation Bryant Stokes Matilda Award for Cultural Excellence - $5000 to one successful applicant

Convocation, in conjunction with the UWA Student Guild, makes an annual presentation of a cultural award known as the Bryant Stokes Matilda Award for Cultural Excellence. The Matilda Award can be presented for excellence in any form of cultural pursuit. Nomination may be made on the basis of work as part of a University course or on the basis of participation in arts in the wider community.

Applications are now open and close Friday 1 June . Refer to the application information sheets and applications must be made online.
