Training for supervisors and managers who are appraising staff will run between April-June 2018.  I would encourage all managers to attend a session, especially new managers.

Training for appraisers will cover:

• The UWA appraisal process
• Preparing for an appraisal
• Conducting an appraisal
• Navigating the Staff Appraisal System

For appraisees, there will be Q&A drop-in sessions running over April and May 2018. The sessions will be informal and there is no need to register to attend, you can just stop by. The Q&A sessions are a chance to ask any questions about the staff appraisal process or system. The dates, times and locations of Q&A sessions can be found on the staff appraisal webpages .

Online resources for appraisers and appraisees will also be available on the webpages from April 2018.
