The UWA Staff Appraisal process is planned to commence in May 2018.
Training for supervisors and managers who are appraising staff will run over April-June 2018. To view the available dates and book onto a training session visit the staff appraisal webpages .
The training will cover:
• The UWA appraisal process
• Preparing for an appraisal
• Conducting an appraisal
• Navigating the Staff Appraisal System
For appraisees, there will be Q&A drop-in sessions running over April and May 2018. This is a chance to ask any questions you might have about the staff appraisal process and system. There is no need to register for a session, just stop by. The dates, times and locations of Q&A sessions can be found on the staff appraisal webpages .
Online resources for appraisers and appraisees will also be available on the webpages from April 2018. For further information, contact your HR Business Partner .
