UWA student athlete Aidan Read has continued to add to his 2018 racing programme, this time racing for Vattana Motorsport in the Thailand Super Series event in Sepang Malaysia beginning 29 March 2018.

Read, who has previously raced in a Lamborghini Huracan and Porsche 911 GT, will be living a motorhead’s dream, driving a McLaren 650S GT3.

Although he has not previously raced in the Thailand Super Series, Aidan is familiar with the Sepang Circuit. The Malaysian track has played host to multiple wins for the 19-year-old in Formula cars, LMP3, and LMP2 machinery.

After the Thailand Super Series, Aidan will shift his focus to the Blancpain GT Series Asia, which starts in Malaysia on April 14-15. Rounds continue in Thailand and Japan before concluding in October in China.
