Building works will be taking place in several locations over the University’s shutdown period.

Details of works are as follows:

EZONE : Trade works will be occurring in the Civil and Mechanical Engineering building (224) and Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering building (226) on all days except public holidays. The works will be contained to a localised area and should not cause any inconvenience.

A range of works will also be happening as part of the Facilities Improvement Program :

• Social Sciences : Renovations of seminar rooms on the ground and first floors will be taking place on all days except public holidays.
• Simmonds and Hew Roberts Lecture Theatres : Renovations of the lecture theatres will be taking place on all days except public holidays.
• Physics : Laboratory space on the second floor the Physics building will be undergoing renovations on all days except public holidays.
