A brief reminder that the IT Service Quality Survey is still open; if you wish to contribute to the survey you have an opportunity to do so before the closing date of Friday 6 October. All staff will have received an email with details on how to participate; by completing the survey you’ll go into the draw to win a $200 Visa prepaid gift card – there are two to be won.

Not only will your feedback help us understand how well our current services are meeting your needs and identify areas that need improvement, it will enable us to benchmark our service standard across the Higher Education sector.
