The University of Western Australia is again conducting a benchmarking survey on IT service quality which will allow us to compare our service with other universities in Australia and New Zealand .

You will soon be invited to participate in the survey by Voice Project. We want to hear about your experiences with our IT support teams and the survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.

Complete the survey and go into the draw to win a $200 Visa prepaid gift card – there are two cards to be won.

Previous survey responses have helped us to improve our services and we greatly appreciate the overwhelming participation of UWA staff in last year’s survey. We will again use the results of this year's survey to build on our service improvements to you, and we will report back on this once the results are released.

All responses will be treated confidentially and your name will not be able to be associated you’re your responses by the University. Voice Project will select the winners of the $200 Visa prepaid gift cards on our behalf by randomly selecting from all staff who complete the survey.

The survey will run for two weeks, commencing on September 25. Y ou will receive an email that day with a unique link which will allow you to take the survey at your convenience.
