Good morning. It was wonderful to see one of our graduates recognised on the national stage with Josephine Wilson winning the Miles Franklin Award for Extinctions, published by UWA Publishing.

It is a remarkable achievement to be awarded Australia’s most prestigious literary prize and just the fifth time a Western Australian has received the honour.

The State Government budget was handed down last week and amongst the measures was an increase in payroll tax. This, along with other measures in both the state and federal budgets has an impact on our business and its important we continue to carefully manage our finances.
