Digital and Creative Services (DCS) is now offering face-to-face briefing sessions to assist clients using their services.

Starting Thursday 14 September and held twice a week, the DCS briefing sessions will provide an opportunity for clients to brief in both digital and print work requirements in person. The online briefing form is still available to clients, however this initiative has been introduced to offer an alternative way to brief DCS.

The sessions will involve a briefing with a DCS project manager and designer. During the briefing session you will be able to discuss your project needs, creative elements and kick-start the discovery process to determine the best solution. The designer will go through all the details and discuss any questions they may have.

If you already brief DCS in person for your digital and creative work, you are welcome to continue this during one of the briefing sessions.

What do I need to do to attend a briefing session?

Simply bring along any details you may have prepared such as a written brief, outline, samples of work or previous creative jobs. There’s no need to complete the online briefing form if you will be attending a face-to-face session.

If your project is coming from a faculty/school please ensure that the project has already been approved by your faculty marketing team.

Register your attendance by emailing with the date of the briefing session you will attend.
