Wear It Purple is a youth-led organisation that supports rainbow young people. Founded in 2010 by two Australian teens, Wear it Purple Day has grown into a worldwide celebration of diversity and pride and has a simple message: you have the right to be proud of who you are. Sexuality or gender identity does not change this. The idea is simple: Wear it purple if you agree.

To celebrate Wear It Purple Day , UWA Inclusion & Diversity, UWA Law School, UWA Blackstone Society and the United States Consulate-General Perth are jointly hosting a Pride & Pizza Movie Night on Wednesday 23 August from 6:00pm to 8:30pm, in the UWA Law School Moot Court (adjacent to the Law Courtyard). The movie is Pride and pizzas, snacks and beverages will be provided.

This event is FREE to attend, but registration is required. Please RSVP as places are limited.
