The new IT Service Portal (pictured below) will go live on July 1, and will improve the way that staff, students and guests engage with IT. The Portal will provide a user-friendly method of requesting services and assistance, enabling staff, students and guests to quickly find what they’re looking for. This uplift will bring University IT in line with similar service providers, allowing for quicker identification and resolution of issues.
Please note that the Portal will complement all existing methods of interacting with IT – staff are still more than welcome to email or call their SDC if they prefer.
