Last week UWA was named one of world’s top 100 universities in the prestigious 2018 QS World University Rankings; this is a wonderful result that we can all be proud of.

We were especially acknowledged for our proportion of international faculty and students which reinforces our position as a truly global university.

I was also delighted to see that UWA ranked fifth in Australia and first in the State for our low attrition rate as reported by TEQSA. Ensuring our students are supported throughout their time at UWA remains a priority as we look for further opportunities to assist our students to succeed.
