We are currently making improvements to UWA’s Email and Calendaring service in preparation for the move to the Office 365 platform. The first change that will be implemented is how staff login to Webmail. There will also be an updated login page.

The change has now been implemented; you will need to use [email protected] – along with your Pheme password – to access webmail, as shown below.

Please note that this change is only related to Webmail; no change to your UWA workstation or mobile device is required at this time.

These changes are part of the wider Office 365 project that will provide a number of improvements to staff such as:

• Improved webmail functionality,
• Larger mailbox size,
• Improved collaboration capability, and
• Enhanced compatibility with mobile devices and operating systems.

We will communicate these further as the project progresses.
