The annual research publications collection will take place from 10th April to 1st June. This year it will be carried out through the UWA Research Repository . The Minerva interface will no longer be used in the new process.

The majority of UWA publications will be imported automatically into the Research Repository from Scopus and Web of Science (as long as they carry a correct UWA by-line). Researchers will be able to review their 2016 publications in the Research Repository. If any 2016 publications are missing from the Research Repository, researchers can either send the details to [email protected] for the Library to enter on their behalf, or log in to the Repository and add them by using a template or uploading from a file.

Login access to the Research Repository for all researchers will be made available on 10th April.

To meet the requirements for ERA 2018, research publications will continue to be audited. This is also required for internal UWA requirements such as workload models and the Socratic Index. This year’s audit of research publications will take place in June and July, and will be coordinated by the Library with assistance from academic auditors from each Faculty. The updated Socratic Index will be run in August.

A reminder about the research publications collection will be circulated at the beginning of April.
