Dear colleagues,

You are invited to participate in an anonymous, online survey about cheating in higher education. All participants will have the chance to win a $500 Apple store voucher.

The survey is being conducted as part of a nation-wide research project entitled Contract Cheating and Assessment Design: Exploring the Connection . The aim of the survey is to explore student and staff awareness of, or experiences with, cheating in higher education.

Participation in the survey is voluntary. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. On completion, you will be directed to a separate site where you can provide a contact email address for entry into the draw for a $500 Apple Store voucher.

The research project is funded by the Australian Government Office for Learning and Teaching (SP6-5283) and is led by Associate Professor Tracey Bretag ( [email protected] ) and Dr Rowena Harper ( [email protected] ) at the University of South Australia. Partner institutions for the project are The University of Sydney, The University of New South Wales, Griffith University, and Swansea University, UK. The research project aims to inform the design of teaching and learning environments that minimise cheating.
