The University’s HR Management/Payroll system Ascender Pay (previously Alesco) is being upgraded from Friday, 11 November 2016 6:00pm - Saturday, 12 November 2016 8:00pm.
While the upgrade is being performed, the following services will be unavailable:
* ESS (Employee Self Service)
* Staff Dashboard
* Processing via the Web (Web Timesheets)
* Web Reports
* Online Casual Contracts
* some information pages (e.g. Salary Scales)
Please do not attempt to use any of the above during the outage window.
As always, we encourage staff to connect to HR systems via the 'HR Systems:' selector on http://www.hr.uwa.edu.au/ web page. This ensures you always use the current web address for those systems and will be notified if the system is unavailable.
