With the sun out, and the competition at the half way point Team UWA pulled out all stops in the final day of round robin competition.

It was a busy day with several events re-scheduled from day two of play including ultimate, baseball, softball, touch, beach volleyball, tennis and cricket all squeezing in extra matches throughout the day.

UWA Cheer finished up with a bronze medal, in the first year UWA has entered a cheer team into the competition, which was a fabulous effort!

Fencing continued a stellar week with two silver and a gold in the individual epee, and a gold for the sabre event going to Abigail Lee.

Swimming didn't disappoint with 3 golds in the pool, two for champion swimmer Nick Brown, and one for Alex Milligan of Team UWA.

The Mens squash team remain undefeated winning both games with ease, and looking to reclaim the pennant for 2016.

Our UWA AFL boys had a late win in their 4pm match, brining them to 5 from 6 games, and looking set to finish well going into the finals on day four.

Tomorrow looks to be another busy one with an early start at Champion Lakes for our rowing teams!

Water polo womens will be playing their first finals match of the competition this morning at the UWA campus, while mens volleyball have a tough first match of the day against curtain at 10am.

Futsal is looking to secure a win against ECU, to progress through to the finals, while mens beach volleyball are hosting the quarter final at 2pm down at Scarborough beach.
