If you’re heading to the Royal Perth Show keep an eye out for design work done by 3rd year students from the Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Visual Arts.

Students will present work completed in the unit Advanced Design Thinking as part of the Impact Coastal Exhibition in the Centenary Pavilion.

Unit Coordinator Kirill de Lancastre Jedenov says Advanced Design Thinking is a multidisciplinary Research Project with a “hands on approach”.

“Objects and actions don’t exist by themselves but are pieces of bigger systems of increasing complexity, and students investigate the underlying systems of design.

“It’s great to be invited to be part of this exhibition and a testament to the hard work of the students.”

The Royal Perth Show runs from 24 September to 1 October.
