The University of Western Australia is again participating in a benchmarking exercise on IT service quality. This exercise will permit us to compare our service quality with other Universities in Australian and New Zealand.

Last week, staff were invited to participate in the benchmarking, which provides The University of Western Australia with valuable feedback, by completing a short survey about your experiences with the UWA IT support teams.

By completing this year's survey, one lucky UWA staff member will win a $250 Visa prepaid gift card.

This year's survey should take should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Previous survey responses have enabled us to continually improve our services. We greatly appreciate the overwhelming participation of UWA staff and the encouraging responses received in the 2015 survey. We will again use the results of this years survey to build on our service improvements to you, as reflected in past survey results when compared to other Australian universities, and our national recognition at a Service Desk level.

All responses will be treated confidentially and the University of Western Australia will not be able to associate your name with your responses. Voice Project will select the winner of the $250 Visa prepaid gift card on our behalf, by randomly selecting from all staff who complete the survey.

The survey is open now and will close on Friday 23rd September 2016. You can access your unique link through the email you received from Voice Project on behalf of UWA.
